Welcome to Lexi Language Learning ("Lexi", "we", "our", or "us").
We provide English-learning services through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

By accessing or using Lexi's services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you may not use Lexi.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lexi.
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
By using Lexi, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Lexi provides:

Daily English-learning exercises, feedback, and progress tracking.
Pronunciation and fluency evaluation through AI-based tools.
Certificates, badges, and reports for learning progress.

We may update or change our services at any time to improve user experience or comply with policies and laws.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Lexi, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating or managing your account.
Use the service only for personal learning purposes and not for illegal, harmful, or commercial misuse.
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, including misuse of WhatsApp or Meta platforms.
Respect the rights of others in any social or community features.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Lexi is offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing and billing details are presented at the time of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By using Lexi, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Lexi, not Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), is responsible for the collection and use of your personal information.
Audio recordings and user data are processed only for educational purposes and system improvement.

6. Intellectual Property

All Lexi content (including prompts, feedback, certificates, and AI-generated messages) is owned or licensed by Lexi Language Learning.
You may use content only for personal, non-commercial learning.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify Lexi content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Lexi is an educational service and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certifications, or job opportunities.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Lexi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Lexi's total liability for any claims arising from use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lexi if you:

Violate these Terms or Meta's policies.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

You may stop using Lexi at any time by canceling your subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted at https://lexiteam.com/terms/updates.html with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of Lexi means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
